Summer Cabinet

This week I worked on a cabinet inspired by all of the wonderful things that summer brings.  As always, the cabinet was based on something that my grandmother would have had in her summer kitchen, right down to the colander filled with fresh vegetables from her garden and eggs gathered each morning from the hen house.   Have a great weekend everyone.

The colander is by Susi at MiniEdenTienda, and the strawberry pie was made by Karen at MerciaMiniatures

  10. Lovely, as usual. All of your jars look fabulous but my hit would be the watermelon...

  12. This is the kind of photos I like most. Lovely miniatures on a nice piece of furniture. You always remember about a touch green in your arrangements, which makes your photos so nice. And that watermelon jar... my favourite here:)
